Users must be legally competent and authorized to represent their business where applicable.
4. Membership & User Accounts
Members are responsible for account security. One Membership = One Business with authorized users as permitted by the subscribed plan.
5. Nature of Services
BharatMSMB provides an implementation ecosystem including frameworks, implementation kits, templates, SOPs, webinars, learning resources, expert guidance and implementation support. No guarantee of funding, approvals, business growth or financial outcomes is provided.
6. Membership Plans
Membership plans and entitlements are governed by the subscribed plan.
7. Service Bundles & Implementation
Governed by the Implementation Policy.
8. Payments, Renewals & Refunds
Governed by the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, SOPs, playbooks, graphics, videos, AI prompts, courses and brand assets remain BharatMSMB intellectual property.
10. Website & Portal Usage
No scraping, bots, reverse engineering, credential sharing beyond plan limits, malware, impersonation or unlawful use.
11. User Content
Users are responsible for submitted content and grant BharatMSMB a limited licence to process it for service delivery.
12. AI & Third-Party Services
Recommendations are implementation guidance only. Third-party tools remain the responsibility of their respective providers.
13. Confidentiality
Governed by the Confidentiality Policy.
14. Privacy
Governed by the Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Links
External websites are outside BharatMSMB's control.
16. Accuracy of Information
Information may change; users should independently verify statutory and regulatory matters.
17. Limitation of Liability
BharatMSMB is not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from platform use.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify BharatMSMB against claims arising from misuse or breach.
19. Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, policy violations, illegal activity or non-payment.
