Implementation experts, consultants and approved partners engaged by BharatMSMB are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality obligations when handling member information as part of authorised service delivery.
10. Exceptions
Confidentiality obligations do not apply where information is already publicly available, lawfully obtained from another source, independently developed without reference to confidential information or required to be disclosed under applicable law or a lawful governmental order.
11. Intellectual Property
This Policy does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. BharatMSMB content, methodologies, implementation frameworks and resources remain protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
