This Policy explains how BharatMSMB recommends AI tools, technology solutions and third-party services as part of its implementation ecosystem. It should be read together with the Membership Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Confidentiality Policy and Implementation Policy.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all members, authorised users, implementation experts, technology partners and third-party service providers interacting with BharatMSMB.
3. Our Approach
BharatMSMB helps members identify practical, reliable and value-for-money AI tools, software applications, digital platforms and technology solutions that support business implementation and digital transformation.
4. Recommendations Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BharatMSMB recommends suitable tools and service providers but does not own, operate or control third-party products or services. Members remain responsible for evaluating and selecting the solutions that best suit their business.
5. Technology Partners
BharatMSMB may collaborate with selected technology partners to introduce members to relevant business solutions, implementation support, demonstrations, special offers or member benefits. Such collaborations do not create an obligation for members to purchase any product or service.
6. AI Tools
AI recommendations are provided for educational and implementation purposes. BharatMSMB does not use third-party AI tools to manage a member's business unless separately agreed in writing under a specific engagement.
7. Government Schemes & Support
BharatMSMB may provide information, implementation guidance and training relating to government schemes, incentives and business support programmes. Final eligibility, approvals, benefits and timelines are determined solely by the respective government authorities.
8. Third-Party Services
Certain webinars, software, cloud platforms, payment gateways, communication tools and external services may be provided by independent third parties. Their availability, pricing, features and terms are governed by their respective providers.
9. Discounts & Promotional Offers
From time to time BharatMSMB may negotiate member discounts, coupons or promotional benefits with technology partners. Such offers are provided by the respective partner and may be modified, withdrawn or expired without prior notice.
10. Member Responsibilities
Members should independently assess the suitability, pricing, security, legal compliance and operational impact of any third-party product or service before adoption. BharatMSMB encourages appropriate due diligence before implementation.
11. Data Sharing
BharatMSMB will not share confidential member information with AI vendors, technology partners or third-party service providers without an appropriate business purpose, member authorisation where required, or a legal obligation.
12. Limitation of Liability
BharatMSMB is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, security, accuracy, legal compliance or future changes made by third-party providers. Members use third-party products and services at their own discretion and subject to the provider's terms.
13. Policy Updates
This Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in technology, partnerships, business operations or applicable legal requirements. The latest version published on the website shall apply.
