Members may use implementation resources, templates, SOPs, videos, playbooks and learning materials solely for the internal use of their registered business during the active membership period.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform.
• Uploading malicious software or harmful code.

• Harassing BharatMSMB employees, experts, partners or other members.
• Misusing implementation sessions or support services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, implementation methodologies, frameworks, trademarks, graphics, videos, templates and other materials available through BharatMSMB remain the intellectual property of BharatMSMB or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit comments, feedback, implementation data or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it. BharatMSMB may use feedback to improve its products and services, while respecting applicable privacy and confidentiality obligations.

Members must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and promptly notify BharatMSMB of any suspected unauthorised access or security incident affecting their account.
